To request a refund, please complete the form below. You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been submitted.
Before requesting a refund, please ensure that you meet the following conditions:
In the case of tickets purchased online, the refund will be made to the credit card used for the initial purchase, normally within 5 to 10 working days. For tickets purchased at a ticket booth or by phone, we will send a refund cheque to the name and address indicated on the form. Please allow approximately 15-20 working days for the cheque to be received.
