Refund conditions

To request a refund, please complete the form below. You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been submitted.

Before requesting a refund, please ensure that you meet the following conditions:

  • The ticket must be valid at the time of your request. After the scheduled departure time, the ticket is no longer refundable and cannot be credited.

  • The ticket must have been purchased at an Autobus Transco agency or on our autobustransco.ca website.

In the case of tickets purchased online, the refund will be made to the credit card used for the initial purchase, normally within 5 to 10 working days. For tickets purchased at a ticket booth or by phone, we will send a refund cheque to the name and address indicated on the form. Please allow approximately 15-20 working days for the cheque to be received.
