Advertisements on the website are invitations to offer to purchase the services advertised, not offers to sell. To purchase a ticket online, you must have a valid email address and access to the necessary printing equipment if you choose to print your ticket. An electronic or valid paper ticket with a readable 2D barcode (QR code) is mandatory for boarding.
Please note that the ticket is only valid for the person whose name appears on it, and for the specified trip time, date, departure point, and destination as indicated on the ticket. Once your transaction is complete, you will receive an email confirmation. Therefore, it is essential that the email address you use to register for your user account is accurate. Transco reserves the right to deny transportation to any passenger who has acquired a ticket without complying with Transco’s regulations, rates, notices, or applicable laws.
Transco reserves the right to cancel any internet order or electronic ticket at any time without prior notice, whether or not the order has been confirmed and charged to your credit card. If your order is canceled after you credit card has been charged, Transco will refund the amount charged.
Your ticket is considered valid once it has been fully paid for and you have received the purchase confirmation. These purchases are not binding until Transco has accepted them. Your order will not be accepted by Transco until you receive a purchase confirmation via email.
Any discrepancies between the customer’s order and the confirmation received must be reported to Transco within 48 hours of receiving the confirmation email and before the scheduled travel date and time. Otherwise, the details in the confirmation will be considered accurate and will supersede any other document. Upon confirmation of your purchase, Transco will send you a confirmation email within one hour of your purchase. If you do not receive this confirmation within one hour, please contact Transco to verify that your purchase was completed. Customer service can be reached toll-free at 1 (877) 667-3265 or by email at relationclient.transco@firstgroup.com
